Collecting responses with a Submission Box

Teachers can create a Submission Box to collect and list student submissions.

Procedure

Tap the "Submit" icon, select "New Submission Box", name the Submission Box and set a deadline date and time for responses.

Reference

The name of the Submission Box and the deadline date and time can be changed later.

On the student side, the "name of the Submission Box" and the "time until deadline" will be displayed.

Create A Submission Box "In Preparation"

It is also possible to create a Submission Box as " In Preparation". It will not be displayed on the student's side while it is being prepared.

Submissions can be made from the "Submit" icon or from the Edit Card screen.

Teachers can also submit, so they can provide model answers.

Submit from The "Submit" Icon

Place the card to be submitted into the "Submit" icon and select the submission box to which you wish to submit the card.

If the cards are connected, all connected cards will be submitted.

Submit on the Editing Card Screen from The "Submit" Icon

Press "Submit" from "Send" in the upper right corner of the card editing screen.

Then choose which Submission Box you would like to submit to.

On the teacher device, you will see a list of answers submitted by students.

Yellow boxes: Answers submitted by you

Blue boxes: Teacher's answers

Toggle Show/Hide Answers

You can show or hide the answers and temporarily hide the answers, just like in a quiz show.

Please use this function when the teacher's device is externally output.

Submission Box Status

The status of whether or not a response has been submitted is displayed in the Submission Box List.
